About the Company
AlphaGrep is a quantitative trading and investment firm founded in 2010. We are one of the largest firms by trading volume on Indian exchanges and have significant market share on several large global exchanges as well. We use a disciplined and systematic quantitative approach to identify factors that consistently generate alpha. These factors are then coupled with our proprietary ultra-low latency trading systems and robust risk management to develop trading strategies across asset classes (equities, commodities, currencies, fixed income) that trade on global exchanges.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Compliance & Risk Control Department in daily compliance checks and document verification/filing;
协助合规风控部进行日常合规检查及各类材料核查归档工作
2. Participate in the development and optimization of compliance operations and risk control systems;
参与相关合规运营、风控系统的辅助建立和优化工作
3. Conduct research on the compliance of algorithmic trading, including compiling industry cases and regulatory penalty cases;
参与程序化交易合规性研究，整理行业案例及监管处罚案例
4. Support the preliminary review of legal documents such as contracts and agreements (for law-related backgrounds);
协助合同、协议等法律文件的初审工作（法律专业）
5. Complete other compliance, legal, or operations-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
完成上级安排的其他合规、法务、运营支持任务

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s student, majoring in Law, Finance, Economics, or related fields is preferred;
本科或硕士在读，法学、金融、经济类相关专业优先
2. Basic understanding of or strong interest in the private fund industry, quantitative trading, or asset management;
对私募基金行业、量化投资或资产管理行业有一定了解或兴趣
3. Strong logical thinking, written communication, and learning abilities;
具备较强的逻辑思维、文字表达能力和学习能力
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
熟练使用办公软件（Excel、Word、PPT）
5. Good command of written and spoken English;
具备良好的英文读写能力
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and a good team player with solid communication skills.
