AlphaGrep Investment Management Private Limited is one of the registered FMEs in GIFT IFSC to offer our expertise to overseas investors. The Fund is Restricted Scheme (Non-Retail), construed as a open-ended Category III AIF under the IFSCA FM Regulations.

Investment Objective

The primary objective of the Fund shall be to carry out the investment activities as permissible for a Category III AIF under the Applicable Laws, including IFSCA FM Regulations, SEZ Act and FPI Regulations and to generate stable risk adjusted returns with low correlation to traditional asset classes using multiple strategy styles across markets and underlying instruments.
