AlphaGrep is a quantitative trading and investment firm founded in 2010. We are one of the largest firms by trading volume on Indian exchanges and have significant market share on several large global exchanges as well. We use a disciplined and systematic quantitative approach to identify factors that consistently generate alpha. These factors are then coupled with our proprietary ultra-low latency trading systems and robust risk management to develop trading strategies across asset classes (equities, commodities, currencies, fixed income) that trade on global exchanges.

Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of Cyber Security controls and DLP processes
Perform regular infosec audits and report findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and standards
Continuously evaluate existing security practices, define and measure security-related activities and demonstrating improvements to the sec programs within the organization
Monitor and provide continuous assurance on infrastructure security by leveraging available third party tools while assuring efficacy of controls against policies and certifications in the most automated manner
Responsible for building effective working relationships, making sound decisions, successfully making changes, initiating action and achieving results

Qualifications:

B.S. in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
4-6  years of experience in cybersecurity
Expertise in risk assessments, audits, and mitigation strategies for information security systems.
Hands on experience with vulnerability/penetration testing
Hands-on experience with cybersecurity features and system administration on Linux
Proficient in network security, firewall technologies, and data protection/DLP measures.
Hands-on experience with SOAR platforms, SIEM and UEBA systems, and other critical cybersecurity technologies.
Strong grasp of security governance and up-to-date on trends in cybersecurity and risk management.
Independent self-starter with excellent communication skills
Proven problem-solving and process improvement skills with creative solutions for complex challenges.
